A document is left on a desk. It's a plan to save the company from bankruptcy. There's no name on the document. Do you show the document to the directors or do you show your co-workers saying the company is almost insolvent? Do you claim it as your own?
Show it to the directors and I probably wouldn't claim it as mine.
