How'd you come up with the username "Doctragon"? And should that question mark be inside the quotation marks or outside?

Outside and Doctragon is a combination of 'Doctor Who' and 'Dragon'. I adopted it after being frustrated that my usrename before this was always taken and I wasn't too fond of it anymore. Not sure what'll happen if this name ever gets used a lot. :/
