I hear there's going to be another Bill and Ted movie. Excellent Adventure or Totally Gonna Tank?

To be honest, I've only see the first Bill and Ted. Which was good but I don't know if the others are. It'll most likely tank though.
What surprised me is that there's going to be a new Hangover movie. Haven't seen that either but surely some of the magic would be lost?
