Hmmmm. Kinda depends what size Mario is and what suit he has on, if any. Does Mario have access to the mushrooms, fire flowers etc?
If so, Mario.
If not, probably Masterchief.

This is going to be slightttly random, but, who do you think would win in a fight between Mario and Masterchief? Now be careful, cause remember Mario is a crafty fella. :D
